Senior f/e game developer

• Need to have demonstrable HTML5 web app and canvas app development experience, in the real money industry.
• 5 years experience.
• Need to be strong technically but also have good creative/UX appreciation and able to pay attention to detail

Senior b/e game developer

• Need to be able to work with game math and functional specifications/game design docs, to create game engine and server, plus able to run simulations to verify RTP and other key stats.
• Need to understand key regulatory considerations and certification tasks such as supervised builds.
• Understanding of f/e dev needs (efficient API structures, and anticipates what data is needed by the game client in order to present game states correctly).
• Can develop in multiple languages.

Game Designer

Someone who understands the RMG player motivations, and has a strong awareness of casino games, features and gameplay/maths concepts (e.g. volatility):

• Able to write detailed functional specifications for developers, able to create visual flow diagrams and wireframes for f/e developers, creatives and QA to use.
• Able to direct and guide the mathematician to ensure that that player expectations and needs are met.
• Able to guide visual designers, f/e and b/e developer with regards to feature designs and intended functionality.
• Able to understand commercial strategy and product goals, and to liaise with the commercial team to align business and product development.
• Also understands regulatory landscape to ensure games are fully-compliant.
